Where I Was on 9/11 and How It Influenced My Décision to Write Professionally

I’ve wanted to do this article since I started writing here. As with so many things, life gets in the way. No more. It’s time to tell this story, It’s not harrowing or heroic. I am not a survivor of the terrorist attacks that happened on 9/11. I was miles away in Indiana. But like so many others, 9/11 shifted my perspective. This is that story.
